Biography
Dr. M. Nabil Oulabi is a Syrian-German entrepreneur with extensive international experience in industrial development and economic cooperation between the Middle East, Europe, and the Far East.
Originally trained as a medical doctor, Dr. Oulabi later transitioned into the business and industrial sectors. He has been active in international trade and strategic consulting, particularly in the textile industry, certified safe textiles, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and scientific laboratory equipment.
Following his recent appointment as Vice President of the Syrian-German Business Council, he aims to serve as a key liaison between Germany and Syria. His focus is on promoting sustainable investments, international cooperation, know-how transfer, and supporting Syria's economic reconstruction.
