The Council focuses on creating an educational environment that allows the return of Syrian talent from Germany, and building a new generation of students who are able to integrate into the global digital economy. In this context, supporting the establishment of German schools in Syria is an international and educational priority, both as fully accredited German schools and as bilingual/curriculum models. The presence of these schools reduces the reluctance of Syrian families settled in Germany to return, as it ensures the continuity of their children's education with internationally recognized and academically recognizable standards.
In parallel, the Council works to develop pre-university technical education through vocational and technological secondary tracks that focus on practical skills in electricity, electronics, computing, communications, and mechanics, in line with the German vocational school model. This is complemented by providing the school curriculum with digital skills and technological developments: basic programming, data culture, artificial intelligence principles, and simplified digital security, so that "technical awareness" becomes part of the general culture of students, rather than an elite specialization.
